About Yellow Jersey in the words of Shilpa Shah, the Founder and the Operations head at YJ
“Yellow Jersey is an emotion, a bond, actually a baby who is now officially a teenager. And when I look back, I marvel at how tall and strong it has grown. And to be where it is today, it would not have been possible without you, your belief and support. Thank you one and all for the incredible strength and love you have showered on us.
YJ opened its doors first in Panjagutta in 2010, at the time when there were barley any bicycle-focused stores. And to start a store with premium bikes, boutique set up with AC and fancy display units, dedicated workshop, precision tools, maintenance products, range of spares n accessories was the first of its kind in the city.
But that’s how we grew from one outlet to another. In 2013 we started at Madhapur.
We were recognised as one of the leading stores in India and were invited by various brands to visit the international headquarters as a token of appreciation and excellence. Had the opportunity to ride and interact with many folks from the fraternity in India and abroad.
Yellow Jersey continues to remain the most preferred premium bicycle store in Hyderabad under the guidance of Shilpa who is the only woman entrepreneur in the line of Premium bicycle Industry in India, She being a fitness enthusiast herself is driven by passion to run Yellow Jersey with a sole aim to promote cycling for better health.
